Tina is a highly accomplished senior leader with decades of experience operating at the highest levels of the entertainment and music industries. A former Dean of Education and international Director of Quality Assurance, she brings extensive expertise in compliance, international licensing and governance.

Her MBA and breadth of cross-sector leadership give her a rare combination of strategic perspective, commercial discipline and operational rigour. Tina has a distinguished record of helping businesses work more efficiently, responsibly and profitably — setting high standards while creating the conditions for people and organisations to thrive.
